Jacqueline Woodson Launches the 2021 MRA Conference
As we look ahead to spring, the Michigan Reading Association is moving its annual conference online during the weekend of March 12 to 14, 2021. On Friday evening, at 7:00 PM EST, Jacqueline Woodson, a highly-honored writer of books for children and adolescents, launches the three-day virtual conference. In fact, Jacqueline Woodson was again awarded the Coretta Scott King Book Award on January 25, 2021 for her middle grade novel Before the Ever After.
