The Michigan Reading Journal seeks (an) editor(s) for a three-year appointment (Fall 2023 - Spring 2026). 

The Michigan Reading Journal is the peer-reviewed journal of the Michigan Reading Association, which is composed of and serves classroom teachers, literacy specialists, instructional coaches, educational leaders, teacher educators, and university faculty. MRA is an affiliate of the International Literacy Association.

The Boards of the Michigan Association for Media in Education (MAME), the Michigan Council of Teachers of English (MCTE), and the Michigan Reading Association (MRA) announce that they jointly support a statement affirming Michigan’s students’ Freedom to Read. The full statement can be read here:
